Lui Gor
A debt ridden gambler. He is an unpopular character in the Kowloon Walled City, where most of his creditors are.
Brother Blue
A member of Hung Hing , a triad in Hong Kong. He is a proficient fighter and the muscle for his gang
Miss Chan Chan
An English teacher that upholds Chinese tradition, she’s often seen wearing Cheongsam in the City.
The Royal Hong Kong Police Force
Authorities of the time. Turning a blind eye to everything inside Kowloon Walled City since they do not want anything to do with it.
